WOULD YOU LIKE TO JOIN THE TEAM?

Why not work with us at the Festival and enjoy a great weekend with a tight-knit group of local volunteers from the local community and church congregation.

The main jobs are serving behind the bar and welcoming festival-goers on the door, but if you have something else to offer then please do get in touch!

For more information or to sign up for a shift or two, please contact Linda, our festival volunteer co-ordinator.

Please use the Volunteer Registration Form.

WE ARE SOOOOO EXCITED

to announce headline bands for Friday, Saturday AND Sunday!

Friday 11 July: 20.00 – 22.00

TBC…. but fingers crossed 🙂

Saturday 12 July: 20.00 – 22.00

PAT AND THE BUTCHERS

Pat & The Butchers are a four or five piece covers band based in St Albans – if you don’t know them, then you don’t know St Albans! They play the best in upbeat party music from all decades and genres chosen to please all audiences – especially those who want to dance! (what in church? yes, get over it!)

Guaranteed to get any crowd engaged and up and moving, the ir musicianship is top notch, and there really is something for everyone. They took last year’s Festival by storm – and already there’s a ‘red warning’ that this year Saturday night is Pat’s Party Night!

Sunday 14 July: 12.45-14.00

REDBOURN JAZZ BAND

We love a bit of Sunday lunchtime Jazz, so we are really pleased to have the band at this year’s festival! They’re a traditional New Orleans Dixieland jazz band playing music from the 20’s – all experienced musicians, “good old jazzers”, playing the classic numbers of the New Orleans tradition. So get yourselves along to bag a table, tuck into some amazing street food and enjoy a few pints while the band plays on…..

Pat and the Butchers, Mouth on a Stick and Redbourn Jazz Band appear at this year’s Beer & Fizz Festival thanks to the generosity of our sponsor, EYES on St Albans.

Thanks Jez!
