A pretty pale yellow with gold tints. Floral aromas and a touch of citrus come through on the nose, which develops a buttery and brioche-like notes with age. Full and supple on the palate, long finish.

LYME BAY BRUT RESERVE NV CHARMAT METHOD

A great value, fruit driven sparking blend. Refreshing, zesty with notes of green apple and a creamy finish. The base wine for the Brut Reserve in full bottles is used to create this great, accessible sparkling in the tank or Charmont method (the way Prosecco is made)

Grapes: Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, Meunier, Chardonnay, Seyval Blanc, Reichensteiner.

CHAMPAGNE LALLIER GRAND CRU HALF BOTTLE

Straw yellow with fine delightful bubbles. On the nose the toasty brioche notes are very traditional, in contrast to the slightly savoury and nutty baked apple flavours which follow through to a crisp, complex and flavoursome finish.
