We are very excited to have Cellar Door Wines involved again this year with the St Saviour’s Church Beer and Fizz Festival 2025! 

The late afternoon sparkling wine tasting will be presented by Jen Connan of the Hertfordshire Wine School and supported by Cellar Door Wines. Proceeds from the tasting will go to the St Saviour’s nominated charities for the weekend.

We will be tasting 6 sparkling wines in total including Champagne, Prosecco, Cava, Crémant and other traditional method wines from around the globe. We will cover rosé, blanc de blanc, blanc de noir, non- vintage and vintage styles. There will be cheese, cured meats and snacks provided to keep you going for the afternoon. You will learn to see and taste the difference between bottle fermented sparkling wine and tank method bubbles and have great fun in the process!
