SPARKLING WINE MASTERCLASS

This luscious late afternoon sparkling wine tasting will be presented by Jen Connan of the Hertfordshire Wine School and supported by Cellar Door Wines. Proceeds from the tasting will go to the weekend’s festival charity.

We will be tasting 6 sparkling wines in total including Champagne, Prosecco, Cava, Crémant and other traditional method wines from around the globe. We will cover rosé, blanc de blanc, blanc de noir, non- vintage and vintage styles. There will be cheese, cured meats and snacks provided to keep you going for the afternoon. You will learn to see and taste the difference between bottle fermented sparkling wine and tank method bubbles and have great fun in the process!

AND your Masterclass ticket also gives you free entry into the main festival in church.
