ENVILLE ALES – Original Enville Ale

Based on a 19th century recipe, this traditional beekeepers ale is light in colour with fruity notes and a hint of sweetness to compliment the dry hoppy taste. Brewed using our own natural well water, Maris Otter floor malted barley, specially selected honeys and pure English hops, it is no surprise that our flagship Enville Ale has been a consistent CAMRA and beer festival award winner since we began brewing in 1993.

NEW RIVER BREWERY – Lost River
- ABV 4.0%
Sometimes described as one of London’s “lost rivers”, the New River glides silently into London, often hidden from passers-by, particularly where it tunnels beneath the streets. This delicately dry hopped, pale straw coloured beer is, similarly, wonderfully discrete and easily swallowed up, so we think the name is a perfect fit!

THORNBRIDGE BREWERY - Jaipur
- ABV 5.9%
Jaipur is the Thornbridge flagship beer that really put them on the map back in 2005. Often descibed as “the beer, that got me into beer” it’s usually recognised as the first UK craft IPA. Brewed with a huge amount of US hops at a time where this was very unusual, these provide a fantastic experience of grapefruit, lemon and tropical fruit with an enticing bitterness. These are balanced with a great English malt base of Low Colour Maris Otter from Norfolk that helps keep the beer light and drinkable with enough sweetness to keep it all in harmony.
