Matins

Very pale straw-coloured beer with herby aromas. The flavour is pleasant and grassy with hints of green peppers and a moderate bitterness. It has lots of body and flavour for its gravity and is crisp, fresh and clean tasting; an excellent session beer.

Moonshine

Abbeydale’s most popular beer & multi award winning Sheffield icon since 1996. Hopped with Willamette, Delta, Citra, Chinook & Centennial – this is a beautifully well balanced pale. A distinctive floral aroma, a smooth body & a mellow, predominantly citrus taste, with grapefruit & lemons to the fore. Malts: Low Colour Maris Otter Barley, Wheat

Baguleys Pale Ale

This pale ale is brewed by the All Nations Inn in Madeley, Telford – a historic Shropshire brewhouse established in 1832. this BPA is named after the original brewing family, the Baguleys, who kept the brewhouse for the first 103 years of its long history!

Opalesence

A super session pale ale you can settle in with. Bright and juicy, with pink grapefruit and strawberry up front, stone fruit through the middle, and a clean pine finish that keeps you coming back.

BLACK IRIS BREWERY

Sabbath Double Dark Mild

Black Iris have teamed up with Abyss Brewing to spawn this dark beauty! This beer has a deep, complex malt base featuring Maris Otter, Light Munich, Torrified Wheat and a variety of crystal malts for a robust nutty flavour. With the addition of invert sugar No2 and a 2hr boil the caramel notes have developed even further. Hopped entirely with English whole leaf varieties, Challenger and Bramling Cross, they’ve really pushed the hedgerow berry character and the spicy, bitter finish.

Anchorman

A modern, fresh and fruity cask beer brewed using a blend of contemporary English ingredients with American late-hopping. This blockbusting beer begins with a gentle malt sweetness, leading to a lingering, bitter finish.

The story behind the name… Josephine is the unsung hero of our story and the love of Charlie’s life. In the same way, he was her ‘Anchorman’. Charlie is central to our brewing story, a dependable family-man with a visionary outlook. With Josephine by his side, the wind was in his sails and a family brewing business became firmly anchored in Bedford.  Well

Double Star Bedford Bitter

Two Stars, One Story.

A balanced bitter, brewed in Bedford, rooted in Wells’ legacy. Gentle biscuit malt sweetness followed by toffee and caramel notes perfectly balanced with clean, snappy bitterness from all English hops. A proper pub session ale with depth, drinkability and a satisfying, morish finish. 

A celebration of a 150-year brewing legacy remaining independent, family run and proudly Bedford.

Poisoned Chalice

Introducing Poisoned Chalice, brewed in collaboration with York Minster to mark the 800th anniversary of William of York. Inspired by the legend of William’s alleged poisoning from a chalice during Mass, this commemorative best bitter offers a far more enjoyable ending. A crisp, balanced traditional best bitter, it combines toasty malt, gentle caramel sweetness and Brew York’s hallmark hoppy character.

CHILTERN BREWERY

Beechwood Bitter

The brewery’s  flagship – “a hearty and well-rounded beer.” Mid amber colour with a rich butter-toffee aroma. Fruity and slightly nutty. Premium quality pale ale malt, with an extra proportion of crystal malt, and increased hops, gives this beer its renowned ‘nutty’ flavour and punch. Very much a cruiserweight, it catches up with you unawares! First brewed in 1982, the beer takes its name from the numerous beech trees synonymous with the area.

Brittania Bitter

A best bitter with caramel and biscuit notes. A balanced bitterness cutting through the sweetness from Fuggles and East Kent Goldings.

Copper Beech is an independent micro brewery in Worcester City Centre producing artisan craft beer brewed with locally sourced ingredients.

ENVILLE ALES

Simpkiss Bitter

Simpkiss Bitter was previously brewed by J P Simpkiss & Son in Brierley Hill as Simpkiss Ale. Sadly, the Dennis brewery closed in 1985 but is warmly remembered by older drinkers in the West Midlands. A taste to remember and one you won’t forget. That’s why Enville bought the recipe!

HARVEY'S BREWERY

Pells Pale

Pells Pale draws its name from the Sussex word ‘Pell,’ meaning a large body of water. Sussex Spring Water, which also nourishes the local Pells Pool Lido and beauty spots in Lewes, is a defining element of Harvey’s beers. This exceptionally pale ale combines Motueka and UK hops to deliver delightful citrus aromas, a gracefully fruity palate, and a subtly bitter finish, making it the ideal sessionable choice. Hop-forward, flavourful, and light, Pale Ales are versatile and easy-drinking. Pells Pale blends UK and New-World hops with heritage Plumage Archer Malt, embodying modern Pale Ale expectations.

HOGS BACK FARM BREWERY

Tongham Tea

A top selling, award winning, classic Traditional English Ale. Amber in colour, a malt-forward taste with the hops providing balance. A lingering malt sweetness leads to a long, satisfying finish.

Small-batch brewed with finest English malted barley, Surrey-grown classic bittering hop, Fuggles, and water drawn from the chalk aquifers under the Hogs Back ridge. Named after the village of Tongham.

JIDDLER'S TIPPLE

Swifty Session IPA

Officially the World’s Best Session IPA at the World Beer Awards 2025! Also won 2 Gold Stars at the Great Taste Awards. We must be onto something right?

Light & refreshing, yet flavourful, this session Pacific IPA has a zingy mix of New Zealand and American hops. Nelson Sauvin, Motueka & Sabro bring an inviting combination of lemon, lime, grape, gooseberry & tropical fruit. A restrained bitterness completes this uber gluggable delight. Lower in ABV, but high in satisfaction – cheers!

At Jiddler’s Tipple we make inclusive, delicious and eco-friendly beer. Our beers are vegan, gluten free, made with 40% solar power and carbon negative.

KIRKSTALL BREWERY

Three Swords

Three American hop varieties are used in abundance to deliver a crisp, aromatic pale ale with clean and refreshing citrus-fruit flavours.

Kirkstall continues a legacy of brewing left by the Cistercian monks of Kirkstall Abbey and the Kirkstall Brewery Company of 1834-1983.

Steady the Ship

Vibrant gold with subtle notes of orange zest in the aroma, a good balanced bitterness which showcases the hint of resin often associated with Columbus hops. Deceptively sessionable for its ABV.

NETHERGATE BREWERY

Suffolk County

This local favourite (local being The Mermaid in this instance!) is a chestnut-hued tribute to traditional craftsmanship, brewed in Long Melford. By utilizing the soft, mineral-rich water drawn from the brewery’s private Stour Valley well, Nethergate have created a deep, biscuity profile that balances perfectly with the subtle spice of Fuggles and Challenger hops. Reliable, rich, and staying true to their 1986 origins, it remains the definitive taste of a proper, honest Suffolk bitter.

NEW RIVER BREWERY

Lost River

Sometimes described as one of London’s “lost rivers”, the New River glides silently into London, often hidden from passers-by, particularly where it tunnels beneath the streets. This delicately dry hopped, pale straw coloured beer is, similarly, wonderfully discrete and easily swallowed up, so the name is a perfect fit!

OAKHAM ALES

Inferno

A light golden beer with a big personality, bursting with fruity hop flavours, citrus notes and a refreshing finish.

First brewed as a seasonal special in 2004, this marvellously refreshing beer joined the Oakham core range in 2008.

Oakham’s brewing team have been visiting the USA hop fields for many years in search of the best quality hops. Inferno’s unique flavour comes from five carefully selected hop varieties from the Yakima Valley – Sterling, Amarillo, Centennial, Cascade and Chinook.

Classic award-winning American Pale brewed with two of Oakham’s favourite hops – Amarillo® for its spicy, fruity character and Summit™, the most powerful of all American hops.

Tradition copper coloured English bitter. Slightly sweet and very drinkable ale.

The theme around the brewery’s  logo and merchandise is based around the Rowton Meteorite that landed in the village of Rowton in 1876, which is believed to be the only Iron Meteorite that has been seen to hit the Earth in the United Kingdom. The Meteorite is currently in the Natural History Museum in London.

Betty Stogs

With whole-flower Celeia, Northdown and Aurora hops alongside malted barley and wheat, this is a Cornish twist on a classic smooth-drinking bitter. The light malty aroma leads to a floral, cedar taste, and a sharp tang of bitter grapefruit leaves a lasting impression; just like Betty herself… The Queen of Cornish Ales!

STRANGERS BREWING

Lone Goose

Named after the single white goose who lives on Linlithgow Loch, LONE GOOSE is an ale with bags of personality. Dry-hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe and Bramling Cross, this golden ale has citrus and berry notes with a hint of tropical fruit and a crisp finish.

This beer was brewed with barley malt, but has been crafted to remove any gluten present in the finished beer. 

Wonderfully quaffable in the sunshine.

STRANGERS BREWING

New Shoots

New Shoots is named after its not-so-secret ingredient; the fresh tips from larch, spruce and pine trees, gathered in the spring and added to the beer. Young conifer tips give fresh grassy and citrus notes (as well as light piney, resinous flavours), and these align beautifully with the American hop varieties we’ve used. Wonderfully quaffable in the sunshine.

This beer is brewed with barley malt, but has been crafted to remove any gluten present in the finished beer. Independent testing shows that the beer is verified gluten free.

Lazin' on a Sunny Afternoon

A brand new English Golden/Blonde Ale from Sureshot Brewing in Manchester. It is a quintessential summer session ale dry-hopped with an all-British hop combination of Fuggles, East Kent Goldings, and Bramling Cross, offering light hedgerow notes, wheaty biscuit, and light lychee.

Kipling South Pacific Pale Ale

Kipling was the first UK beer to use the exquisite Nelson Sauvin hop from New Zealand. We brew this as a SMASH (Single Malt and Single Hop) using the heritage Maris Otter as a base malt which really works to allow the complex flavour of this hop to really shine through. There is a grassy, grapefruit character on the nose, followed by passionfruit and mango. It finishes with a balanced and thirst-quenching bitterness.

Doctor ABC

A papaya a day keeps the Doctor away, right? Well we hope so, as this session pale is loaded with stonefruit flavours from Citra and Sabro hops. Pale grains have been prescribed to the malt bill, lending to a light and spritzy palate.
